  • At Renew Christian Counseling, we encourage clients to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation. During this appointment we’ll get to know each other a little bit better. You’ll have the opportunity to fill out a few forms to help us meet your needs, identify potential goals, and begin the process of helping you meet your goals.

  • Our team will respond by your preferred method- phone, text, or email.

    We will let you know if we have a counselor who is a good fit and has availability.

    If we do, we will schedule your first appointment and start a file to complete your paperwork electronically through Therapy Notes.

    If we do not have availability, we can add you to our waitlist or provide you with other referrals.

  • Renew Christian Counseling accepts both private pay and insurance. We want our services to be accessible and offer a sliding scale for approved clients.

    Private pay costs:

    Insurance fee co-pays will vary depending on your provider

    • Self-Pay Assesment/LPHA Evaluation: $180

    • 60 Minute Session: $120

    • 45 Minute Session: $100

    Sliding Scale costs:

    Sliding Scale Fees: $50-100 per session with mutual agreement between client and provider

    Sliding Scale Fees for approved clients will vary depending on income and session length

  • All new patients will receive a welcome email from Therapy Notes prompting you to set up an account with the Patient Portal.

    Passwords must be 10 characters, Upper- and lower-case letters, and 1 additional figure (!@#$%&). Write this down or put it in your phone so you don’t forget.

    Once your account is created, you will see the required paperwork in your Patient Portal.

    Complete paperwork within your portal which includes providing your insurance information, payment method, emergency contact, reviewing Consent for Services and Privacy Practices, and depression and anxiety screening.

  • Don’t worry, it may seem complicated, but it is much simpler than it seems.

    Our Therapy Notes program walks you through what you need to do for your Patient Portal. Once you’ve completed your online paperwork you will be able to:
    • View your appointments
    • Schedule an open appointment
    • Pay easily and safely online
